Charles Hebert
Vice President of Sales

Louisiana native Charles Hebert attended Southeastern Louisiana University on a football scholarship and received a BA in Marketing in 1985. In 1986 he started a custom wholesale framing business that marketed to local furniture stores in Louisiana, and evolved that into becoming one of the largest producers of custom artwork in the Southeast.

From 1993 to1999 Charles worked in the construction business for several companies handling their marketing and advertising, and in 2000 became the owner/operator of a construction remodeling company.
In 2004, Charles opened a stand alone golf car and accessory business in Baton Rouge called Cart Dynamics. A year later he bought his first Ruff & Tuff vehicle and became a dealer. Shortly thereafter, his success as a dealer led him to become first Ruff & Tuff Distributor in the country. In 2006, Charles secured the national distribution rights for Ruff & Tuff. In 2007, his company merged with Ruff & Tuff, he became the Vice President of Sales.

Bo Huff
President

Bo Huff has worked 21 years in the electric car industry. After refurbishing used golf carts as a lucrative hobby, he launched a retail store, The Golf Car Center in Columbia, South Carolina. It was one of the first stand-alone retail golf car sales facilities in the country, and a year later it became an E-Z-GO dealership.  During this time he came to believe that there was a better way to make golf carts and accessories than what the three major producers were offering. He parlayed that belief with some relationships in China to develop the first Ruff and Tuff branded line of aftermarket “bolt on” accessories for the major cart manufacturers in 2000.

In 2005, after five years of design and testing, Bo introduced the first line of Ruff & Tuff Electric Vehicles, with substantially better power and quality than the competition. Bo is currently the president of RTEV.

Before joining RTEV in 2006, she served in a variety of sales, marketing, and agri-tourism positions.
